I was pulled right into this story, because the book’s voice is really captivating.

Bond sex can be hot but I was always thinking about her dying brother. Unlike her.
After reading this novel’s foreword I was expecting much from Clean. Mia Kerick didn’t disappoint my expectations.
Every women has experienced different things due to her queerness and the reader gets to read a little about those experiences.
I was hugely disappointed, because I expected more.
Our main character – who isn’t the most intelligent mage there is, I’d say – for example uses the internet to get the pronunciations right.
And to be honest… I couldn’t take them seriously.

This book’s description had me hooked.
If I had to describe this book with one sentence, it would be “oh my god”.
