Review: A banquet of consequences by Elizabeth George
I have read and liked many books of the Inspector Lynley series.
I have read and liked many books of the Inspector Lynley series.
I love this book! It belongs to my most beloved books now.
Carver disappears, then suddenly she is married to another (creepy) guy.
There isn’t happening much, but the depressing atmosphere really gets to you.
I didn’t get the relationship between the characters as well. It’s like boom! Lust! Sex! More sex!
Of course it’s one of her friends, but that doesn’t mean the FBI and her work hand in hand?
But then I had read like half of the book and suddenly I was hooked.
There was just one thing which I found a little bit disturbing
I really wanted to like this book. Lesbian assassin?! Sign me up!
Her biggest dream is to become a consul. Why? We don’t know.
