Review: Einstein’s Beach House by Jacob M Appel

Heartbreaking and hilarious, the eight stories of Einstein’s Beach House […]

Review: The Mine by John A. Heldt

I have a thing for time travelling: the possibilities, the danger of altering the past and therefore your own present…

Review: The shepherd and the solicitor by Bonnie Dee & Summer Devon

If I had to summarize this book, I wouldn’t hesitate one second: UST.

Review: Me before You by Jojo Moyes

This book doesn’t go the easy way. It is very realistic and doesn’t skimp over the ‘yucky’ parts.

Getting back into reading/learning to love reading 101

As always this meme is hosted by The Broke and The Bookish. Go and take a look at their blog! Sometimes you are just bored and every book you pick up, you put down after a few pages. Some people only have read books for school and therefore see reading […]

Review: Bound By Honor by SE Jakes

I liked how subspace was handled (especially the sub drop part of the story) and how the dom’s side is featured as well.

Review: Slate (Breaking the Declan Brothers) by Kelly Gendron

Don’t get me wrong, I liked the flashbacks to the characters’ childhood and how they fell in love.

Review: Witches & Wolves by Kelly D. Smith

And I was really surprised how badly werewolves – or at least Gee – hear.

Review: Giving it raw: Nearly 30 Years with Aids by Francisco Ibanez Carrasco

Even though the theme is a difficult one, it’s an amusing read. I smirked more than once.

Discussion: Review Requests – do’s & don’t’s

I was ready to post the following discussion days ago and then some things happened and I felt like I was forced to rewrite it. Okay, so that sounds way more dramatic than it is… Anyway, thing is I filled out this form to be added to the Indie Book […]

I am beyond excited to be part of the jury for the #indieinkawards! Of course, I simply had to reserve an #AceRep book and one for #QueerRep. Let the reading and judging begin! I'm starting this year of with the first part of my Book Blogger's #BuJo series. It's been ages since I last wrote a post for my #queerbookblog but I'm using the spirit of #commitmentday to get back into blogging. I sure missed it! Surprisingly, I don't own a lot of #BookMerch but in this case my current #YABook matches the decor. It's been a hot minute since I last took a pic of #QueerBooks I'm reading. Guess I'll start taking those again? [unpaid advertisement] [Unpaid Advertisement] A queer paranormal romance featuring Vietnamese mythology and Fallen Angels – what’s not to like about Of Charms, Ghosts and Grievances? It's been a few years since I last read #queerhistoricalromance A Light Amongst Shadows so I was really sucked into its gentle romance. I did remember a certain scene though so this time I was prepared for the tears. [Unpaid advertisement] is there something better than reading #queerbooks all cuddled up in you favourite blanket while listening to the rain? [unpaid advertisment] This queer #icehockeyromance rather reads like a #musicromance but at least there is #fakedating? Read all about in my review on The Queer Bookish.
