As always this meme is hosted by The Broke and The Bookish. Go and take a look at their blog!
Sometimes you are just bored and every book you pick up, you put down after a few pages.
Some people only have read books for school and therefore see reading as a chore and not as fun.
These books may help both.

I want to reread all of those soon (if only there would be enough time for that…)
Thanks for linking your list.

Love this topic! The PJO series is one of my favourite series, totally agree, that would be a good one to get someone back into reading/loving reading. I really need to read The Darkest Minds, it’s on my TBR!

I have read that series this time last year and I can’t wait to reread it. But there are so many other books I ‘have’ to read before…
You really, really should. I loved how the love interest wasn’t the most important thing for Ruby and he was real sweet, too. 😀

It was really hard to decide, especially the fantasy part because there are so many subgenres in it.
I still can’t belive how much I loved Me before you…
Thanks for linking your list.

What a fantastic topic! Some of these books I haven’t heard of, I will be looking into them for sure. I love how you broke it into different categories as well. I’m teaching (Unconventional) Time Travel 101.

Oh, time travel… I’ll definitelly check it out!
I think it is important to remind people that there are a lot of different genres and just because sci-fi didn’t work for you, a different genre could. If I think back to the books I had to read for school… ugh. Those could kill any interest one has for reading.

I love love love this topic. I think back to reading with some of my friends who no longer understand why I read and I feel so much loss for them and most of them don’t feel it themselves. I would totally take this class and bring a bunch of people with me. Good job 🙂

Thank you!
If it weren’t for the book blogging community, there would be only one person I could chat with about books… that’s the stuff nightmares are made of ;D

Oh wow, the cover for “The Winner’s Curse” is so gorgeous! I want to read it just from that alone… but since it’s on your rec list, I’ll definitely check it out.
