Top Eight New To Me Authors in 2015

As always this meme is hosted by The Broke and The Bookish. Go and take a look at their blog!

One upon a time I took part in this meme. Then life happened, plus I didn’t really click with the week’s topics, but now I’m back. There are still a fe days in 2015 and theoretically this list could grow/could be unfinished, but I don’t plan on reading any new to me authors in December, so…

Kelley Armstrong

Darkest Powers may be one of my guilty pleasures. I plan to buy more of their books, I just need to decide which series I wanna start with.

Alexandra Bracken

If I remember correctly I bought the other parts of The Darkest Minds series (reviews here) before I had finished the first book? I still have to buy the short stories… soon. So very, very soon.

Eliza Crewe

I really enjoyed the first two parts of the Soul Eater Series, the third not so much, but books by Eliza Crewe will be bought if they come out.

Mia Kerick

I was asked to review Clean (review here) and I am so happy, I said yes! I’ve got my eye on more of Mia Kerick’s books, so expect to hear more from me about their books (in the next year, I guess).

T.J. Klune

I still can’t believe how much I love How to be a normal person (review here). I’ve bought a second book named Tell me it’s real by T.J. Klune and I can’t wait to read it! But I have to be not stressed to give it the attention it deserves, so we’ll see when I get to it.

Emily O’Beirne

Right after finishing A story of Now (review here I was waiting for the second book, The Sum of These Things. I’ll read it right after I have finished my current book. So, really soon (I hope).

Marie Rutkoski

I read The Winner’s Curse (review here) in one setting. Enough said. Of course I plan to buy the second part of this series sometime.

J.A. Wright

Sadly, there is only How to grow an addict (review here) by J.A. Wright out right now, but I am hoping for more books.
