Review: Clean eating was always something I was interested in, but the information you get when googling it, can get overwhelming (at least to me). It’s so much you should change all at once!  And a lot of blogs seemed rather… dogmatic.

Enter this reference guide. It is clearly structured and easily understandable. Each week contains a little ‘exercise’ you can, but don’t have to do. Most of the time you can perform it in three steps, sometimes a few more are needed. But those are really baby steps, so easily doable.

I really like how often this book encourages you to reward yourself and it gives tips concerning those rewards, too.
