Review: Create a Life to Love by Erin Zak
And I know that sounds harsh, but it truly feels that way for me. I actually dreaded writing this review because I don’t have anything nice to say about Create a Life to Love.

Together they track a burning shadow through Africa’s broken heart, and Elliot struggles to reconcile the world he finds with the life he’s lived as a black man in the West.
But when Purple Method returns to Elfinbrook after a six-month tour, one kiss changes everything. Now Max and Rick face decisions that will change both of their lives forever.
But can a relationship with four such different men even work? Men who kill for a living? Men so full of contradictions?
It’s so rough but so poetic at the same time.
I love the Twisted Wishes series and I love every single book of it.
If you’re ever looking for a comfort read, this is it. Don’t expect me to be very coherent about this because it’s so fluffy I can’t believe it.
Just a few pages in I was like “okay, I’m really liking this?!” and I had to try to make myself read not as fast so that my enjoyment could last longer. Spoiler: I did not manage to not inhale Off the Ice.
The characters’ chemistry is so strong and thanks to this book my love for words and languages got stronger than ever.
It’s one of those stories you end up really feeling with and cheering for the characters – and not just for them to get their heads out of their asses for fucks sake!
